YAVA is a done-for-you service that builds your online presence with fresh content every week, in a voice that stays unmistakably yours.

We can start with content you already have, such as blog articles, podcasts or other long-form pieces. Or we can start with something much smaller, an idea, a journal entry or a few notes. I can take those raw ideas and turn them into a strong blog article, podcast script or other substantial piece of content that sounds like you and says what you genuinely want to say.

From there, I create your weekly content for the places where you want to show up. That might include newsletters, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram posts and reels, Pinterest pins, blog articles and images. Each piece is shaped for where it will appear and what you want it to achieve.

You work directly with me throughout, giving feedback as I run things by you. I take care of the AI and technology behind the scenes.

We repurpose what you've already created.

You provide one finished long-form piece each week, such as a blog article, podcast, video or other long-form content. I turn it into a week of content for 2 chosen channels.

This can include written social media posts, LinkedIn posts, Pinterest pins and accompanying images.

I take care of publishing and scheduling and track how your chosen channels are performing. Once each cycle, we review the results together and decide what, if anything, should change.

YAVA Signature

I build your weekly online presence from your ideas.

You don't need to arrive with finished content. Bring me your ideas, notes, journal entries or rough thoughts, and I turn them into one strong long-form piece each week, such as a blog article or podcast script.

From there, we shape content for 4 chosen channels, which might include your newsletter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest or other places where you want to show up. Nothing is published without your approval.

Images and reels are included as appropriate. I handle publishing and scheduling, track how your chosen channels are performing, and suggest adjustments as we learn what your audience responds to.

Once there is enough data to work with, I audit your wider online presence and identify the clearest opportunities for improvement and growth. The picture is yours to act on as you choose. If you would like me to actively test and develop those opportunities with you, that is what YAVA Partner is designed for.

I help shape and grow your whole online presence.

Everything in YAVA Signature, expanded to 6 chosen channels, with a more strategic level of support.

Alongside creating and publishing your weekly content, I actively work on improving how your online presence performs. We test different formats, topics and approaches, look at what is gaining attention and what isn't, and use that information to decide what to expand, change or stop.

I can also monitor comments and DMs, flag the conversations worth your attention and draft replies for you.

Where YAVA Signature identifies the opportunities, YAVA Partner acts on them. Each four-week cycle, we choose the most valuable next step and turn it into a focused growth project alongside your weekly content. This might be a landing page, lead magnet, important website page or section, email signup journey, short nurture sequence, or another agreed improvement to how people find and connect with you online.

Your content, accounts and audience remain yours.

YAVA works with your existing business rather than locking you into mine. You keep ownership of the content we create, your accounts remain under your control, and if you later want to bring the work in-house, I can show you how to manage the parts you need yourself.

A new service, at introductory rates

Founding Client Rates

YAVA is a new service, built from a system I've already developed and tested in my own business.

These prices are lower than I expect the long-term pricing to be, and the number of founding places at each level is limited.

To make sure every founding client receives the attention the service requires, I am opening the three levels gradually. YAVA Repurpose is open now. YAVA Signature opens in January 2027, with YAVA Partner following later in the year.

If the level you want is not open yet, you can register your interest now and I will contact you before applications open more widely.

There is no setup fee for founding clients, and you are never locked into a long-term contract. Each four-week cycle renews automatically unless you give one week’s notice before the next cycle begins.

Do I have to use AI myself?

No. You work with me. I handle the AI, technology and setup behind the scenes.

What counts as a channel?

A channel is one place where you regularly show up, for example your newsletter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest. Facebook and Instagram count separately.

Can I change my chosen channels later?

Yes. If the data shows that your time would be better spent somewhere else, we can change direction.

What if I don't like something you've created?

We revise it until it feels right. Nothing is published without your approval.

Who owns the content?

You do. Your content, accounts and audience remain yours.

When can I start, and how does billing work?

You can start on any day. YAVA works in four-week cycles rather than calendar months, so each cycle includes four weekly content rounds. Your next cycle begins four weeks after your start date.

What happens if I want to stop?

YAVA runs in four-week cycles, and you can start at any time. There is no long-term commitment. If you don't want to continue into the next cycle, just let me know before the end of week three, giving one week's notice. If you want to bring the work in-house, I can also show you how to carry the relevant parts forward yourself.
